They typically have information on how to register a new student. Also, Kindergarten classes often have orientations before school starts, so I'd suggest jumping right on it. Best of luck.

Of course you can! Public schools have to take your child. You may not get the school or teacher you want, but your town must certainly accept your child. Call your town hall to get info or use SF.com's Find a School feature to figure out what school your child should attend. http://www.schoolfamily.com/find-a-school
