My daughter's kindergarten teacher just suggested taking sand, flour or something like that and spread on kitchen table to make it fun while they practice numbers, letters etc...I hope this helps. Kelly

Kelly- thanks for jumping in with this great suggestion. You just reminded me that we also used shaving cream on construction paper for practicing letters. Kids love that sensory stuff! ~ Lisa
