nitram111601 writes: I have found that when I put food in the lunch box that my child has to make (i.e. bread, meat, mayo & mustard) he actually eats it, because he has a part in the making of it. When I asked him why he told me that "it doesn't feel like he had a say in it before, but now that he is involved he likes it." I also will cut fruit and put a yogurt snack to dip it with.
