Question: pre-k enrollment

Hi My daughter is turning four years on April 28th, 2012. Will she be able to attend school for pre-k where it will be free. We are moving to augusta, georgia next week near Martin Luther King Jr., Blvd., 30901 and I would really like for her to finally atend school. but it has to be free.
