Best Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is simple! Just blend a banana with vanilla yogurt, milk, and a touch of honey, and you have a delicious drink. Substitute other fruits to make a variety of smoothies.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 small cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix. Or, combine ingredients into a tall glass and mix with an immersion blender.
