Peanut Butter Pie

This simple recipe has just 5 ingredients, yet makes 2 pies. What's not to love?!

  • 2/3 cup peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces, low-fat cream cheese
  • 16 ounces imitation whipped cream dessert topping (or whipped cream)
  • 2 pre-made graham cracker pie crusts
  • Directions

    1. In large mixer bowl, beat peanut butter, sugar, and cream cheese on medium speed to blend.
    2. Fold in whipped cream topping.
    3. Pour into pie crusts and chill each for 1 hour.
    4. Cut the pies into individual slices and enjoy!
