Give yourself five points for something you usually do, zero points for something you never do, or any score in between.
___1. I give my child old toys and appliances to take apart.
___2. Sometimes, we look at a familiar object and figure out all the different ways we might use it.
___3. We have art supplies (markers, paper, scissors, glue).
___4. We have a box of old clothes kids can use for costumes when they put on their own plays.
___5. Sometimes when we’re watching TV, we turn off the program before it ends and create our own ending.
How did you score?
