ROCKS: Small class size, values-teaching, daily Pledge of Allegiance, encouragement of art and music talent.

IMPROVED: TEACH THE MULTIPLICATION TABLES. Help children with disabilities and ADHD more than you do. Keep in better communication with parents about ongoing problems. Have more, not fewer, conferences with parents of struggling kids. Be far more consistent with putting behavior & comments on Power School.
