ROCKS: A team approach is employed and the teachers and administrators are all on board with this approach. They are consistently responsive to student's as individuals (one size does not fit all here - each student is treated respectfully and as the unique individual they are), and the school works with parents as part of the team approach. Very effective and, I think, pretty unusual for a public school. Great communication between parents, teachers, administrators and students. High quality teachers; challenging curriculum.
