ROCKS: The school is small. K-5 classrooms are small.

IMPROVED: Reduce 6-8 class size, work to overcome big divides between white and minority kids, and wealthy and not wealthy kids. Work to empower middle school kids--don't let the over involved mothers make all of the decisions about dances, yearbooks, class activities, etc. and new principal, don't be so rigid and authoritarian it's Changed the atmosphere in not good ways.
