Buford Elementary School

ROCKS: The teachers show me that they care. They call me by my name. The teachers say good morning and bye see you tomorrow at the end of the class day. The teachers take time to explain something if I don't understand it the first time it is explained. In the morining the some of the teachers are outside to make sure we are safe as we go into the building and they watch us get into our parents car or on the bus safely. They get to know our parents and the cars our parents drive to keep us safe.

IMPROVED: Have less studends in a class room so that the teacher can spend more time with each student Make available tutors to help students with problems or subjects the students may have trouble learning or understanding.
