There is times when it is necessary to request a change in the best interest of your child, but this should happen after you have wasted your alternative to make that relationship (student/teache r) work since children are in development and their view will differ from that of the teacher and this is more visible during the teenage years when the students are seeking two of their main goals, contact and power. None the less, parents must be active in their children life and need to monitor their children teachers' interest in providing sound education to all children as well as theirs.
