For perfectly baked cookies, use a light-colored quality cookie sheet. You want the cookie bottoms to be ever-so-slightly browned, so undercook them just a little bit. Cookie dough can be made in advance and frozen, allowing you to bake cookies quickly whenever you choose!
3/4 cup coarsely chopped, chocolate-covered, toffee candy bars
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs and beat with an electric beater for 3-4 minutes until well blended. With a spoon, stir in the chopped candy.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on cookie sheets coated with nonstick baking spray. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the cookies are firm.
Remove the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
