  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 box UNCLE BEN’S® Long Grain & Wild Rice Original Recipe
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 10 cups chicken broth
  • Optional: Jamaican Jerk seasoning (may be a little spicy!)
  • Directions

    1. Place all ingredients into a slow cooker, adding the chicken broth last.
    2. Cook covered on low for 6 hours.
    3. Season with additional salt and pepper, to taste.
