I have a question: my oldest got a ipod touch for Christmas and I am wondering what others do for rules abt usage. I wish they had a turn off button on these things. Any suggestions?
I think it depends on the age. I monitor my younger kids time --i.e. they can only go on when homework is done and not right before bed (jacks them up). My older kids manage their own time (on gaming and Facebook) - but they know they have to keep up with their chores and keep their grades up in order to have this privelege. That doesn't mean I don't yell at my son to get off the xbox at least once a week- ha ha!
