No, but I can understand how a teacher’s frustration might cause her/him to want to do so—or even slip up and do so.

Well, I don’t like it, but yelling is okay; hitting or restraining is not.

Yes to all. I don’t have a problem with a teacher yelling at kids or striking or restraining them, if need be. If it gets to that point, order must be restored by the teacher.
