- Dry snacks: low-sugar cereal (under 5 grams per serving); small pretzels; and pieces of graham crackers, rice cakes or animal crackers
- Dried fruits: cherries, apricots, raisins, mangoes or coconut flakes (cut up big pieces of dried fruit using kitchen shears)
- Nuts and seeds: sliced almonds, pecan pieces, cashew pieces, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds or peanut pieces. Note: For peanut and/or tree-nut allergies, omit the tree-nuts and/or peanuts nuts.
In an airtight container, combine all ingredients and toss gently to mix.
Store airtight for up to one week.
